I'm editor of Shiny/Broke, a magazine that my colleagues and I are trying to get off the ground. We're a bunch of MA journalism students, who are busy creating a magazine that we're quite proud of, and would like to get out into the wide world.
Shiny/Broke is a magazine which eulogises the old, and celebrates the new. We report on innovation and decline across all aspects of culture and current affairs; from news, art, science, politics and lifestyle. With humour, and an eye for news off the radar, we want to bring you a magazine that you'll want to keep; a certificate of promise, or of passing.
