Saffy

I am the Scientific Artist or Artistic Scientist - you choose because I can't! I am also know as Saffy and The Purple Poet.

I am a 31 year old writer and artist living in the Cotswolds, I used to be a scientist but then run away to paint, draw, write and generally create. 

I love communicating complex ideas and concepts through artistic mediums - I live mixing things up too! Cross genre, mixed media, science-art :)

I've done many strange things like singing on the roof of the Royal Festival Hall in London and being paid to through small kids off of climbing towers.

hmmm what else? Well I'm dyslexic, have ME, a sperated pelvis and various other things but I also have two gorgous little girls and a husband who is quiet frankly a polymath genius and lovely to boot!

As a family we like to grow things, look after animals and learn old and dying crafts and industries - just incase of the zombie apocolypse you understand :)
