Introduction

Tea Time Monkeys is a webseries with puppets and digital animation for children.

We are currently creating a family of characters called Tea Time Monkeys. We have made the first two members of the family, two cheeky monkeys called Flip and Flop. These, and others, will be the protagonists of the Tea Time Monkey Stories.

 

What do we want to do? 

Our objective is to create short, educational videos for children in English and Spanish which will be a source of entertainment for the little ones in the family. In each episode we will teach different concepts of language and arithmetic, covering themes such as the alphabet, colours, numbers, animals and nature. The programmes will include sketches, original songs, animations and adaptations of well-known stories. For each episode we want to provide worksheets and other teaching ideas for parents and educators to use with children to reinforce the concepts being taught

Why do we need funding?

To be able to start filming and producing during the first five months, we need your help to pay for studio set-up (lights, camera, sound), administrative costs and internet publicity. We also need to cover the costs of workshop materials for scenery and other elements and to create new characters as we would like to extend the Tea Time Monkey family in the future.
