The Open Wide collective need your help. Bringing you a fresh and vibrant new show is never easy - what with hiring rehearsal spaces, travel and accommodation costs, printing and marketing costs, sourcing props, costumes and other scenographic items does not come cheap. We work hard to bring you a show that will challenge issues surrounding homophobia, deviance and taboo across the globe but we seek your support to help make it happen.
We welcome donations to get this project up and off of the ground so that we can get challenging these key issue, hopefully then bringing our show to a city near you.

About the Open Wide Tour
The tour presents an explosive mix of experimental performance, physical theatre, music, and film that challenges homophobia and taboo across the globe.
Open Wide lays bare various personas, stories and events to bring you a highly charged, juicy underground cabaret experience.
The Open Wide project aims to discuss and deconstruct homophobia, deviance and taboo across a series of religious, historical, cultural and mediatised global platforms. Through a 5 month period of collaborative and interdisciplinary performance making the project has researched, played with and explored the causes, symptoms and results of these issues from all perspectives, forming a meaty, filthy dish for audiences to digest.
Open Wide will strive to recognise and cross boundaries both conceptually and aesthetically to explore how the mediatisation of queerness, sexualities and deviance across cultures affects and shapes public views, leading to reactions of homophobia and taboo of varying extremities.
