WHAT IS THE FILM ABOUT?:
'This film explores the realities of autism, by speaking to those who have it, their families, and specialists on the subject. In the United Kingdom there are over half a million people with autism, which is around 1 in 100. If you include the families of those with autism that’s over two million people that autism effects every day. I myself have an autistic sister, and have grown up first hand witnessing the struggles and successes my parents and sister have gone through. Moreover, I have seen how little people truly understand this issue that affects so many. This documentary film is designed to give its audience a greater understanding of autism and the people it affects throughout different stages in their lives and at different points of the autistic spectrum.' - Alex Wright
