Hi, we are Ben Blow and Matthew Jebb. We are looking to take our show 'Engels!: The Karl Marx Story' to the Edinburgh Fringe this year (2013!). The idea began with our improvised dialogues at work, and has grown now into a full length show. Aiming to make the history of Communism fun while veering wildly from historical accuracy, the show is an epic 1840's road trip, with song, dance and plenty of laughs.
Sadly, such shows are not cheap, and while both of us work full time, we need your help to make it happen. The funding will go towards securing a venue, promoting the show as well as insuring our performers against harm and vengeful debtors.
