Rewards and discounts

Who creates the rewards for each project?

The project owner is responsible for creating and delivering the rewards for his/her project.

What can be offered as a reward?

Anything really, except for equity and other forms of ownership rights in projects.

Who is responsible for making sure project creators deliver what they promise?

Project owners are fully responsible for delivering the rewards they promised to their sponsors.

To encourage project owners to deliver their rewards in time, Sponsume always retains a 12.5% deposit of the total funds collected. The deposit is only payable to project owners upon delivery of the promised rewards to their sponsors.

In addition to losing their deposit, project owners who fail to fulfil their obligations expose themselves to damage to their reputation and credit ratings, fines, and may face legal action.

What are the ‘Community’ pages about?

The Community pages offer a useful forum to comment on creators’ propositions - and discuss your own ideas too.

It’s a creative space, where you can express yourself, discuss new ideas, and even create new projects with other people using Sponsume’s wikispace.

It’s also a great way of polishing your ideas before moving on to the Sponsume’s funding platform!
